Founder, Lindsey Helt, has been a member of the Northwest Arkansas community for over 22 years. Her experiences include working at Tyson Foods in their leadership development team running high potential programming and operating as a strategic HR partner to Marketing, Finance, and Food operations businesses.

Lindsey also spent almost 19 years working for Walmart in human resources running high potential programs and assessments, leading organizational development for the US business and as head of HR for several business lines including the healthcare business, Merchandising and Supply Chain. Lindsey is certified in Hogan assessments, MBTI qualified and has experience with other assessment tools in addition to an SPHR certification.

When not focused on work, Lindsey spends her time giving back to youth programming in the NWA community. Examples of these engagements include previous board work at the Helen Walton Children's Enrichment Center, grant writing for various organizations, non-profit endowment certification, and lots of volunteer hours for the Har-Ber softball team. Lindsey and her husband Jeremy have two children and two dogs, and are lovers of the outdoors.
